Can we keep our current phone numbers?
In most cases yes — numbers can be ported or forwarded while the new system is brought up alongside the old one.
Does a VoIP system need special internet?
It needs a stable connection with sensible latency. We check your link before deployment and tell you if it needs attention first.
Can staff make calls from home?
Yes. Softphones work from anywhere with internet, and the same extensions and recording rules apply.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Failover can route calls to GSM lines or mobiles, so you are not unreachable.
